All grades 1-8 have Physical Education Classes twice a week. Grades 1-5 meet 60 minutes a week and grades 6-8 meet 90 minutes a week. 

St. Joseph School participates in the Lincoln Catholic League that is made up of all the Catholic Elementary Schools in Lincoln plus Lincoln Christian, York St. Joseph, and Parkview Christian. Grades 5^th through 8^th participate in Soccer, Volleyball, Basketball, and Track.
