Liturgy & Music

Worshiping God with Reverence and Joy

At St. Joseph Parish, the liturgy is the heart of our community life. Through the celebration of the Mass, the Liturgy of the Hours, and sacred music, we unite ourselves to Christ and one another in prayer, thanksgiving, and praise.

Liturgy of the Hours

We encourage parishioners to pray the Liturgy of the Hours, especially Night Prayer during Advent. This ancient rhythm of prayer sanctifies the day and deepens our connection to the Church’s universal prayer.

Sacramental Celebrations

Our liturgical program includes preparation and celebration of the Sacraments, especially First Reconciliation, First Holy Communion, and Confirmation for youth, as well as RCIA for adults.

Music Ministry

Parish Music Ministry

Music is a vital part of our worship, enhancing the beauty and solemnity of the liturgy. Our choirs and cantors lead the congregation in hymns, psalms, and responses that reflect the liturgical seasons and feast days.

Youth Choir

Children and youth are invited to participate in our Youth Choir, which sings at select Masses and parish events. This ministry helps young people grow in faith and confidence while sharing their musical gifts.

Vocal Music Education

St. Joseph School offers vocal music instruction as part of its curriculum, helping students develop musical skills and appreciation for sacred music.
